Shipping & Payment Info
ViBBoo ships all orders from the Netherlands. Orders placed and paid on working days are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, the customer receives a shipping confirmation with track & trace, if available. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.
ViBBoo cooperates with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
For orders within the European Union, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. No additional import or customs fees apply, as ViBBoo ships from within the EU.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failure to collect it from a pickup point, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
All orders at ViBBoo must be fully paid in advance using one of the secure payment methods available on our webshop.
Payments are processed through certified and secure payment providers. ViBBoo does not store full payment card details.
An order will only be processed and shipped after the payment has been successfully completed. In case of failed or declined payments, the order will be automatically cancelled.
