At ViBBoo, we want you and your little one to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can make use of our return and exchange options in accordance with EU consumer law.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
Our sleeping bags can be returned under the following conditions:
If the product is not in its original state or shows signs of use, ViBBoo may refuse the return or apply a depreciation deduction.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ViBBoo recommends packaging the item securely and keeping a shipping receipt.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will receive within 14 days:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

We will assist you with the best and fastest solution.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
ViBBoo will review the situation and provide a free replacement or another suitable solution.
